Slip resistant safety footwear is the fastest growing segment of the safety footwear industry. For many employers with wet, oily, and/or greasy floors, it is common sense to require slip resistant safety footwear. Slip related injuries can be extremely costly. No shoe is slip proof, however employers who require slip resistant shoes can reduce worker’s compensation claims.
MAXTRAX® OUTSOLE TECHNOLOGY
Our patented MaxTrax® outsole offers maximum traction with an exclusive tread pattern that channels away liquids like oil, grease, and water. This top-rated rubber outsole provides maximum slip resistance and is also offered on all SR Max brand footwear, as well as select styles from SKECHERS Work, Reebok, Rockport Works, Timberland PRO, and Sanita.

I ordered these shoes as part of employer's shoe program. These were NOTHING like the Danskos that I have ordered from Zappos before that lasted me 5 years. I wore them for one 12-hr shift in the hospital and they were so tight and painful despite them being the same size Danskos that I had used before. I tried looking for another Dansko on this site to switch it out with but all the other Dansko shoe options were out of my size which was very disappointing. If I could, I would give 0 stars. It's like a totally differently made shoe with the same name.OverallComfortArch Support: Minimal arch supportSize: Felt a full size smaller than markedWidth: Felt narrower than marked
