Saf-Gard® Completes Integration of Quenvold’s Safety Shoes

Martinez, CA — January 6, 2026 — Today, Saf-Gard^® Safety Shoe Company announced that Quenvold’s Safety Shoes—founded in 1956 in Martinez, California, and a trusted supplier to Northern California workers for 70 years—has officially folded into the Saf-Gard^® brand. The move follows an integration process that has been underway since Saf-Gard’s acquisition of Quenvold’s in October 2024.

 

Following the purchase, Saf-Gard^® began supporting Quenvold’s operations behind the scenes, including customer service and product fulfillment. By bringing Quenvold’s fully under the Saf-Gard^® name, the company aims to provide a more unified, consistent experience for its customers across the region.
