He is responsible for developing and maintaining the customer base in his territory. Scheduling the shoemobile service to meet customers needs is his most important responsibility. Chad graduated from UNCC in 1992. He enjoys spending time with his wife Sherolyn and kids Stowe and Adolyn. |

Jeff Kubis- Territory Manager, Regional VP, Co-owner (14 years) E-mail jkubis@safgard.com Jeff works hard to ensure our sale efforts, product selection, and services meet and exceed our customer’s expectations. His largest contribution is his ability to get the job done! He manages a sales territory, territory managers, mobile store managers, retail stores, inventory purchases, and a few HR responsibilities. One of the greatest things about wearing many “hats” is that each day holds a new challenge for Jeff. He graduated from Appalachian State University-Boone NC in 1991 with a Bachelors Degree in Marketing. God has blessed Jeff with a beautiful family! His wife Diana, son Chad, and daughter Audrey are a huge source of joy in his life. Jeff’s hobbies and interests include working out, golf, church, and yard work. What he tries to live by are God’s biblical teachings. One of Jeff’s favorites is Proverbs 3:5 “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him and he will make your path straight.” |

Gregg Kubis – Corp IT & Mail Order VP, Co-owner (15 years) E-mail gkubis@safgard.com Gregg is the “Go to” guy for any special project and has the willingness to help out with just about anything just about anywhere. Gregg spends most of his time outside work with his wife Christy and sons Chase & Conner. Most of their time is spent with friends at cookouts, or out on the lake. Gregg is always ready with a hearty laugh, a smile, and helping hand. |

Becky Vaughan – Office Manager (14 years) E-mail bvaughn@safgard.com Becky’s responsibilities include overseeing special billing accounts, correcting billing problems, set-up of new customers, updating current customers, and assisting all employees of Saf-Gard in anyway she can. Becky completed high school in Dinwiddie, VA and completed the ECPI computer course. She is a single parent and has 3 children: Heather is 19 and in the Air Force, Gregg is 17 and plans on being a mechanic as soon as he graduates, and Brandon is 14 who is an angel looking over us. Becky likes spending time with her children, helping others, reading and walking the dog (Romeo-toy poodle) and of course working at Saf-Gard. She thinks family should be number one and our children are our greatest treasure. She tries to be kind to everyone and treats others as she would like to be treated. She thinks one person can make a difference. |

Scott Gullickson- Territory Manager (7 years) E-mail sgullickson@safgard.com As the sales representative in North Carolina, Scott is responsible for developing and maintaining our customer base in this area. He coordinates times and dates to have our onsite mobile shoe service visit our customer’s facilities. Scott has lived in North Carolina since 1983 and attended Appalachian State University in Boone N.C. He enjoys outdoor sports such as camping, hiking, snow skiing, water skiing and golf. He has two elementary school aged children and enjoys helping coach their little league teams. |

She has been with Saf-Gard for over 15 years. She has been married to her husband John for 26 years and has 2 daughters, Jessica and Alison. Their hobby is their 1961 Corvette, in which they enjoy cruising around town and taking short trips. |

John Wright, Warehouse Manager (14 years) John’s ability to manage the flow of shoes through our headquarter operation is impressive. Day in and day out John has proven himself to be a reliable worker and positive influence for his co-workers. In his free time, John enjoys coaching his own kids and their friends at various sports. John also has a lifetime goal of a single digit handicap at golf. When not golfing or coaching, John enjoys relaxing with a good book. |
| Marty Avin, Mobile Store Manager (12 years) Marty is always trying to help. Whether it is with a customer, a coworker, a friend….it doesn’t matter…Marty is there. As a result, Marty has received compliment after compliment from our customers. In his free time, Marty is an avid South Carolina Gamecocks and Green Bay Packers fan. Actually, Marty enjoys catching any game on TV or in person. Outside of his sports interests, Marty spends a great deal of time visiting with family all across North Carolina. |

Sandy Reitzel, Inside Sales Manager (7 years) E-mail sreitzel@safgard.com Sandy calls on new and existing accounts and sends out catalog information to new prospects, working closely with TM, scheduling meetings with new contacts. She sets up new accounts for shoemobile, mail order and store sales. Sandy enjoys being with her husband, Buddy, and their son, Brandon, who fills their hearts with tremendous joy. They spend a lot of time outside enjoying the country life through camping, cooking out and hanging out together on the weekends with family and friends. | Chuck Kuhn – Mobile Store Manager (7 years) As a mobile store manager, Chuck manages our “Met-guard” shoemobile. In this role, he travels more than any other mobile store manager as far north as Massachusetts and as far south as North Carolina. Chuck takes a tremendous amount of pride in every aspect of his job from measuring feet to the simple friendly greeting he gives to customers when they enter his mobile store. Chuck is truly dedicated to the principles behind “Knock your socks off service.” Chuck treasures his family time with wife Lori and his daughter Kristin. Most time is spent enjoying outdoors activities including biking, yardwork, and attending Nascar races. Chuck is an avid fan of all sports with a particular fondness for football where a win by the Florida Gators on Saturday followed by a Philadelphia Eagle victory on Sunday goes a long way to making a great weekend. |

Chris joined Saf-Gard in 2004 after 12 years experience with another company in the safety shoe industry. Chris has an absolute passion for awesome on site fitting service. Chris’s hobbies include spending time with his wife Beth, and two sons Sean and Ryan. Most time is spent as a band parent. Chris helps with fundraising and any other support activity requested by the band. Chris also enjoys tennis and a round of golf when time and his shoulder permit. |

Howard Fellows, Mobile Store Manager (7 years) As a mobile store manager, Howard typically serves accounts in and around Wilmington, DE, and throughout New Jersey. Howard is beloved by his customers for his attention to detail and willingness to take every effort to find the correct shoe for each individual’s foot. Howard spends most of his time outside of work with his wife, Sue. In their limited spare time, they enjoy dining and traveling together. |

Tom Reynolds, Mobile Store Manager (3 years) As a mobile store manager, Tom typically serves accounts in and around Wilmington, DE, and throughout New Jersey. Tom is a fanatic about making sure he is well prepared for each and every account. Tom is most commonly sent to accounts where waterproof and sturdy work boots are a necessity. Tom’s truck also stocks Carrhart workwear. Tom’s hobbies include spending time with his wife, Tricia, and working on various projects at home and at his beach house. When time permits Tom relaxes either by fishing or getting a much weekend nap. |
| Jose Dominguez, Mobile Store Manager (2 year) Jose is Saf-Gard’s designated New York area mobile store manager. His ability to come up with great solutions for customers has earned him many compliments in just one year on the job. Another huge benefit Jose offers is the ability to speak to many customers in the language they are most comfortable with. He is fluent in English, Spanish, & Portuguese. In Jose’s free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife Eliam, and daughter Adriana. Jose and his wife are avid dancers and Jose enjoys singing. | Paul Causey, Retail Store Manager (11 years) Paul is the only manager to ever run Saf-Gard’s Newport News store. Through consistent excellence in service, he has forged great relationships with customers throughout the Tidewater area. Paul’s store is one of only two Saf-Gard locations to show continued sales growth for the past 6 years. In his spare time, Paul likes to travel with his wife Sandra, and daughters Terrany, 10, and Rachel, 9. Their favorite destination is Busch Gardens in Williamsburg, VA. |
